The Fruit of Resting. This was the last of the mini-series. Resting in one way is a break, a holiday or sleep but resting from Psalm 23 is resting in God's presence. Resting in God is a long term rest not the short term, soon to be over, resting that we normally mean. Resting in God is a challenge that we must learn. Resting in God will influence our lives and our rest. Resting in God is not a just a diary changing event but is something that is a deep-down live time change. We must find out what is preventing us to rest fully in him and get ourselves sorted out.
