The sixth talk in the series on Colossians noted that our modern world is a very different one to the one that Paul knew when he wrote this letter. This passage is still relevant. Lynn looked at this passage from three perspectives. 1) In a cultural context. 2) In the biblical context and 3)The passage itself. We are a slave of Christ thus this passage was written for us.  |
