Wellbeing goody bags

03 April 2020 13:36

The Link visiting scheme is keen to  improve the wellbeing of families and individuals in our community, and they've specifically asked for the Churches to help with wellbeing goody bags.

Wellbeing goody bags are for vulnerable older people and families who seek help during social isolation.

This is a great opportunity to bless people - could you help?

The Goody Bag Plan Along the lines of the Christmas shoe-box appeal, you can support your community by putting together a bag of goodies and treats in supermarket bags for life. These can be delivered to the Wokingham Borough Community Hub (in the outside bins at St Crispin’s Leisure Centre, Mon - Fri, 9am-4pm). They'll be safely distributed to those who really need them.
