Please note: Following the UK Supreme Court judgment in For Women Scotland v The Scottish Ministers, the Equality and Human Rights Commission aims to provide an updated Code of Practice to the UK Government by the end of June for ministerial approval. We may need to update this policy to reflect their recommendations but, in the meantime, if you have any concerns you should speak to one of our Designated Persons for Safeguarding.
