What to expect when you visit

Come as you are!

We realise walking through the door for the first time might feel a bit daunting… but we’re a welcoming lot, and we’re very used to visitors. There’s no dress code. We’re a diverse community of people, so you’ll see all sorts, different ages, different cultures.

At 10.30am each Sunday morning we begin our services all together, usually with vibrant singing led by our worship band, or perhaps with a more traditional hymn accompanied by the organ – as a diverse group we draw on different styles and traditions – just go with the flow.

On the first Sunday of each month all ages stay together throughout. Otherwise after about 20-30 minutes the children and young people go to groups for age-specific activities.

We have a supervised creche for little ones ‘Crawlers’, as well as ‘Trekkers’ for primary age and ‘ReGen’ for secondary age young people.

The adults remain for a mixture of prayer, sung worship, a reading from the Bible and a talk, all designed to help us reflect on life and faith. Services last a total of 60-75 minutes, followed by coffee and biscuits or cake. We like cake.

We believe God welcomes us all just as we are so please, come as you are.
