Jesus and the woman and the crowd

John 8: 1-11

This Sunday we are thinking about the story of the woman caught in adultery. This woman’s encounter with Jesus was transformational for her, and also saved her life, but it was not only her who was transformed by this moment. The crowd who brought her before Jesus were also challenged in their own hypocrisy, and we explore together what we can learn from Jesus’ interaction with the crowd and the woman in this story.
