‘ReGen’ is our youth group for those in years 7-11
ReGen aren't currently meeting in the church building due to the Coronavirus restrictions, but we’re keeping in touch by Zoom and meeting up in a socially distanced way in the great outdoors when restrictions allow us to. One of our recent trips was to Gorrick Woods, and you can se some photos of what we got up to here. If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch with Savannah Cook, one of our ministers in training, via our contact page
Our regular gatherings are normally:
- ReGen – Sunday morning gathering in the upper room during the service
- ReGen Big Breakfast - 3rd Sunday of every month from 10.30am in the upper room
A range of socials and activities take place during the year including: sleepovers, film nights, coffee shop catch ups, NERF battles, canoeing, summer camps and other residential trips.
We also run small groups specifically for young people which run at different times throughout the year.
Our aim is to inspire young people to move into a vibrant, personal relationship with Jesus, and to stir the young people’s hearts into action for God’s love. We have a passion to show young people that they matter to God and that He wishes to have a personal relationship with them. This belief underpins everything we do with the young people.
As members of Wokingham Baptist Church, we commit ourselves to the nurturing, protection and safekeeping of all, especially children and young people. Please click here for the church's policy on Safeguarding Children & Young People and associated downloadable forms.
If you or your child is interested in attending the youth group or would like more information, please get in touch with Savannah Bell via our contact page.
